Client Services Account Manager, Payer Healthcare Services; Fully Remote

• Manage day-to-day health plan relationships, program commitments, and client communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing delivery with clinical, outreach, scheduling, operations, and data teams.
• Monitor service levels, volumes, quality, and deadlines; resolve issues before escalation.
• Lead clear, useful business reviews with performance insights and action plans.

Requirements:

• Relevant healthcare account management or client services experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Direct experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs.
• Knowledge of risk adjustment, HEDIS, and care-gap closure.
• Strong follow-through and ability to translate reports into recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel or comparable tools.

Compensation:

• Annual base salary range: $120,000–$140,000.
• Remote position with travel up to 10%.
