Ophthalmic Patient Access Representative; Fully Remote

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referring offices.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure patient needs are met promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries with empathy.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments across ophthalmology sub-specialties.
• Update electronic health records accurately and handle complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

• Prior medical experience required; COA or CMA preferred.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Proficiency in call center software and EHR systems.
