  Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (with reliable high-speed internet).
• Comprehensive Team Approach

  Work alongside psychiatric physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and psychotherapists in a physician-supervised, team-oriented care model.
• In-Depth Training & Supervision
  :
  Candidates will participate in the company's peer supervision and education program to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Diverse Patient Population
  :
  Provide psychotherapy services for individuals of all ages in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and senior living facilities
  .

• Provide individual, marital, family, or group psychotherapy services
  .
• Select
  treatment methods appropriate for the patient's age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician orders.
• Monitor
  changes in patient conditions and take appropriate actions.
• Engage
  patients and families in the development of treatment plans.
• Maintain
  confidentiality and strong professional relationships with patients and their families.
• Accurately document patient information and evaluations within established time frames.
• Adapt workload to meet fluctuations in patient caseload.
• Participate in projects and complete additional duties as assigned.

• Must have active LCSW licensure
• Licensure (or eligibility) in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Utah, Alaska
  , or any other states where practice may be added, as well as the state in which you live
  .
• Minimum of three years of experience preferred
  , but not required.
• EMDR and DBT Certifications preferred
  , but not required.
