Phoenix Health is hiring licensed perinatal mental health therapists to join our fully remote W2 clinical team. This is a part-time W2 role with self-set flexible hours, zero administrative burden, and full clinical independence.
What we offer:
- 100% remote W2 position — work from anywhere in the US (prioritizing CA-licensed candidates; all states welcome)

- Monthly peer consultation with Dr. Emily Guarnotta (PsyD, PMH-C)
- Up to $500/year CE reimbursement
Pay: $60–$85 per clinical session:
- LCSW / LMFT / LPCC: $60 per session
- PMH-C: $75 per session
- PhD / PsyD + PMH-C: $85 per session
Required qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Independent CA license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed psychologist)
- Experience with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
- Telehealth experience
- Culturally competent, LGBTQIA+-affirming care
Preferred:
- PMH-C certification or actively pursuing it
- Multi-state license / PSYPACT-eligible
