• Leads integrated congress strategy across aortic stenosis, genetic DCM, and acute severe hypertension programs.
• Maximizes scientific, educational, and strategic value of congress participation.

• Develops annual and multi-year congress strategies aligned with Medical Affairs objectives.
• Oversees full congress lifecycle, operations, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Builds structured insight-generation frameworks and translates intelligence into actionable recommendations.

• Experience supporting major medical congresses.
• Strong scientific communications and project leadership in cross-functional environments.
• 7+ years of pharma/biotech Medical Affairs experience preferred.
