- Onsite Travel & Site Activation:
Lead pre-launch prep, onboard clinical coordinators, and confirm materials are ready. - Student Support:
Build trusting relationships, support remediation, and track cohort progress. - Clinical Coordination:
Serve as key contact, onboard preceptors, chase evaluations, and own check-ins.
- Clinical fluency (CST or NCCT TS-C, or OR experience) with strong stakeholder communication.
- Process and operational management skills, comfort with autonomy, and willingness to travel 50%+.
- Bonus:
EdTech experience, healthcare training, or dual certification.
- Open vacation policy with 15 days PTO, work-from-anywhere days, and holidays.
- Target base salary $80k-$85k, competitive total rewards.
