Patient Access Specialist; Fully Remote

• You are the first point of contact for patients, making a critical impact on their experience.
• This is a phone-first, patient-facing role that requires warmth, clarity, and Medicare expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain coverage, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Active LPN/LVN license or CHW certification with 2+ years of patient-facing experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and strong phone communication skills.

Compensation and

Schedule:

• Remote 1099 role with 20-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-7pm ET.
• Hourly rate $20-$25, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
