- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in mental health support or counselling.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and digital communication tools.
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and ethical practice.
