Provider Enrollment Coordinator; Fully Remote

• Prepare and submit enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Manage and track facility privileging and attestation, and maintain provider data in internal systems like NPPES, PECOS, and CAQH.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS strongly preferred.
