Patient Access Specialist ; Fully Remote

• Interact with patients in person and by phone to support check-in and check-out processes.
• Collect and update demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate registration and billing.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to reduce claim denials and reimbursement delays.

Qualifications:

• One year of customer service work experience required.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Monday through Friday with occasional weekends; shifts vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Remote position with on-site training for local candidates and remote training for others.
• Requires reliable high-speed internet with 100 Mbps download and Ethernet connection.
