Field Manager – Migraine; Sweden & Denmark); Fully Remote

• Deliver patient access according to plan and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to meet or exceed Account Plan objectives.
• Lead the commercial training of HCPs to enable optimal use of Brands and best possible patient outcomes.

• Lead and supervise the Clinical Specialists in identifying customers for technical product support.
• Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing, and coaching the Commercial In-Field Team performance.

• Ensure regular updates on Commercial Sales Team skills in medical, technical, and special in-field knowledge areas.
• Manage cross-functional cooperation and ensure strategic alignment between In-Field Team and Brand Team activities.

• Actively seek new business opportunities and present them to the Brand Team.
• Influence key stakeholders to maximize brand performance.
