Allswell is seeking pre-licensed therapists to provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients in a fully remote contractor role with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. You will deliver affirming, trauma‑informed, evidence‑based care while working toward full independent licensure, supported by free clinical supervision.
We handle billing and scheduling so you can focus on care. Active DC license as an LGSW, LGPC, or MFT and a passion for expanding access to high‑quality LGBTQ+
