We are seeking a dedicated, fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) holding a Counseling Compact license to provide high-quality telehealth services. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will enjoy complete professional autonomy. This fully remote role allows you to build a caseload on your terms, design your own schedule, and leverage your compact license to support clients across multiple participating states.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Manage your own caseload based entirely on your personal availability and capacity.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
Must hold a Counseling Compact license (privilege to practice in participating compact states).
Prior experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred.
Must carry active, independent professional liability malpractice insurance.
Reliable high-speed internet, a secure computer, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
