You will design, configure, maintain, and optimize medication management content, including enrollments, care plans, clinical assessments and documentation templates, partnering with specialty pharmacy and operations teams.
The role requires a pharmacist license in good standing and at least four years of IT/healthcare experience; a PharmD or BSc
