- Support the build and optimization of Epic Beaker AP across laboratory and Digital Pathology environments.
- Act as a liaison between Pathology operations, IT, and procedural teams to ensure reliable workflows.
- Remote position requiring residence in select US states.
- Manage build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for AP workflows from accessioning to sign-out.
- Maintain instrument interfaces and specimen label printing for accurate tracking.
- Provide operational support and on-call coverage for Pathologists and lab staff.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years healthcare IT experience, or 7 years without degree.
- Epic Beaker AP certification preferred; required within 90 days if not already held.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
