Facilitator; Fully Remote

• You will deliver engaging virtual training for a large-scale healthcare customer service program.
• This fully remote contract role focuses on preparing customer service representatives to support healthcare members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead virtual new-hire training sessions covering customer service, compliance, Medicare concepts, and healthcare terminology.
• Manage virtual classrooms of up to 50 adult learners while creating a supportive and interactive environment.
• Collaborate with training coordinators and fellow facilitators during preparation and delivery.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience delivering virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
• Strong virtual classroom management skills and ability to handle challenging learners.
• Basic familiarity with Medicare and healthcare terminology.
• Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
• Contract/freelance engagement with training materials approximately 90% complete.
