Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Hold active, independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc) in a US state
- Own individual professional malpractice insurance
- Have individual NPI & CAQH numbers (& complete a CAQH application)
- Be a resident in the USA (with reliable internet connection)
- Pass a background check (conducted by our third-party partner)
