This is a senior, highly visible seat for someone who works at the intersection of client relations, consulting, finance, data analysis, and complex contract negotiation. You will partner directly with healthcare organizations and senior decision-makers to strengthen relationships, evaluate financial and operational performance, identify opportunities for growth, and lead sophisticated payer and healthcare contracting initiatives.
The role goes well beyond traditional account management. On a given day you might build an Excel model of the financial impact of a proposed reimbursement change, join a call with a client’s executive team to explain what the numbers actually mean, research how a payer has been behaving in a specific market, and then shape the negotiation strategy you will carry into the next contract discussion.

On a great day the work is genuinely enjoyable; on a heavy day it is high-volume and demands precision. We are looking for someone strong and confident enough to handle both.
Because the position is fully remote, success depends as much on communication and follow-through as on analysis. The clients you support should feel they have a strategic partner who anticipates what they need, rather than a vendor who waits to be asked.

- Fully remote, with a flexible schedule and unlimited PTO
- A small team of high-caliber professionals — however much experience you bring, you will learn a great deal here
- Visible impact: the contracts you renegotiate and the recommendations you make show up directly in client financial performance
- Five to six or more years in healthcare consulting, client relations, contracting, finance, payer/provider strategy, or government healthcare
- Genuine experience inside the payer, provider, or government healthcare environment — you understand how these organizations actually make decisions
- A proven negotiator who has led and re-led complex healthcare contract discussions
- Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel skills, with the…
