- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor provider health, retention risk, and engagement metrics.
- Support strategic accounts, escalations, and success plans.
- Establish KPIs and track retention, churn, satisfaction, and growth.
- Partner with Sales, Clinical, and Operations to improve workflows and outcomes.
