- Review EOBs and follow up with insurance companies.
- File appeals and resolve complex denials.
- High school diploma plus 4 years of reimbursement experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and payer policies.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Hourly pay plus annual bonus up to 5%.
