Giving Growth Therapy ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our North Carolina team. This full-time, hybrid role supervises 7–10 clients and provides ABA-based services with 50% in-person supervision and 50% telehealth.
Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, data-driven decisions, and mentoring RBTs while collaborating with families and educators to support client-centered outcomes. Must reside in NC and hold BCBA certification.
