Position:
Georgian Speaking Psychiatrist - Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Georgian Speaking Psychiatrist to join our remote healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential mental health services to Georgian-speaking patients from the comfort of your home or private practice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a strong commitment to patient care and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for Georgian-speaking patients via telehealth platforms.
  • Diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders in accordance with DSM-5 criteria.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring efficacy and potential side effects.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary, coordinating with emergency services if required.
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines, professional standards, and legal requirements pertaining to psychiatric practice and telehealth.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.
