About the RoleWe're looking for a Doctor of Psychology who is passionate about expanding access to quality care and thrives in a culture of autonomy, flexibility, creativity, compassion, and humor. You'll provide assessments and individual, family, couples, and group therapy, reporting to the Clinical Director.
What You'll Do- Evaluate diagnoses, create and review treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation per company policy
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week
- Deliver interventions that reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning
- Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and Ellie staff
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Practice ethically, with cultural awareness, and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements
- Doctorate in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution (PhD preferred)
- Active Florida license and NPI, with 1-2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience
- Valid Florida driver's license; insurable under Ellie's policy
- Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and communication skills
- Clear, concise written documentation
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management
- Experience with children, adolescents, couples, and families
- Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing
- Creative, innovative approach to care
