Clinical Psychologist
We’re looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join Intellect, a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world.
As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one-on-one support through 60-minute video sessions tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.

You’ll become part of a trusted community of Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors committed to expanding access to quality mental health care worldwide.
What You’ll Do- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction
. - Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.
- Qualifications: PhD or PsyD
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
- Expertise:
Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Colorado
- Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
- Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
- Languages: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Applicants must already hold a valid visa or legal right to work in the country of hiring, as Intellect does not provide visa sponsorship at this time
