Position SummaryAs a Clinical Quality Supervisor at Blackbird Health, you will lead clinical quality assurance and professional development across our therapy team while maintaining a direct care caseload of patients. You will provide clinical supervision, conduct regular note and chart audits, mentor clinicians, and support learning and development initiatives to ensure the highest standards of evidence-based care. We are seeking a Pennsylvania LCSW qualified to provide clinical supervision who thrives at raising clinical standards, coaching providers, and delivering compassionate pediatric psychotherapy.
This is a fully remote position.
- Clinically Excellent: You strive for the highest technical and clinical quality in documentation, treatment planning, and therapeutic delivery.
- Qualified Clinical Supervisor: You hold an active PA LCSW and possess the licensure requirements to supervise master’s-level clinicians and pre-licensed therapists.
- Quality & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in thorough chart reviews, clear documentation, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and evidence-based practices.
- Educator & Mentor: You enjoy helping other clinicians grow, coaching them on documentation, diagnosis, and intervention strategies.
- Developmentally & Neurodiverse-Informed: Skilled in delivering effective psychotherapy across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
- Collaborative & Supportive: You work seamlessly alongside multidisciplinary team members (PMHNPs, OT, SLP) and clinical operations to support care quality.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: You use clinical outcomes, chart audit trends, and quality metrics to guide supervision and training efforts.
- Review Notes & Charting: Conduct regular quality reviews of clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and discharge summaries to ensure compliance, clinical accuracy, and high standards of care.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Establish and monitor clinical care benchmarks, using chart audit findings to identify trends, mitigate risk, and drive continuous clinical improvement.
- Provide Clinical Supervision: Deliver individual and group supervision to assigned therapists, supporting case conceptualization, risk management, and professional growth.
- Support Hiring, Onboarding & Training: Partner with leadership to hire and onboard new hires, train clinicians on Blackbird’s care model, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.

Coaching:
Provide constructive feedback and tailored instruction based on note audits and clinical performance reviews.
- Deliver High-Quality Therapy: Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services (12-15 direct care clinical hours per week) to children, adolescents, and families.
