About the Role Grace Harbour is seeking a Licensed Therapist to perform comprehensive outpatient behavioral health assessments via telehealth for individuals and families referred through our community and state partnerships. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible hours, remote work, and supplemental income while contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments in accordance with South Carolina Medicaid and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) Manual (RBHS) standards.
Complete required clinical documentation within agency and payer time frames.
Formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
Coordinate with internal and external providers as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards.
Participate in required trainings and maintain active professional licensure.

Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
Compensation: $57,235 - $73,494
This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with care teams as needed
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
Active South Carolina licensure required: LPC, LMFT, or LISW-CP (or eligible).Experience conducting clinical assessments and familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using secure telehealth and electronic record systems.
Must have reliable internet connection and private workspace.
