- Qualifications: Must have independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT), individual malpractice insurance, reside in the USA, and possess NPI and CAQH numbers. Experience with specific client groups is a plus but not required.
- Benefits: Flexible scheduling without caseload requirements, administrative support including billing and insurance claims, ability to maintain existing clients, and opportunities for CE credits and resource access.
- Compensation: Rates vary by state, with $70 for 60-minute live sessions outside certain states, prorated shorter sessions, and additional bonuses based on client engagement.
