We are seeking an experienced and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and oversight to associate-level clinicians in a fully remote environment. This flexible 1099 contractor position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys supporting professional development, ensuring clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while working independently from anywhere.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide individual and/or group supervision, review clinical documentation, support case consultations, and assist clinicians in developing their clinical skills and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision sessions.
- Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Guide clinicians in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Support clinicians with complex cases, crisis management, and ethical decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies.
- Monitor documentation quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain supervision records and required documentation.
- Participate in occasional clinical meetings and consultations as needed.
- Foster a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment for supervises.
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the applicable state(s).
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision according to state board requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, ethics, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Experience with telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
