Help people find relief from chronic pain—without surgery.We're a fast-growing healthcare company helping patients access innovative, minimally invasive treatments that improve quality of life. We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator to become one of the first friendly voices our patients hear.

What You'll Do- Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
- Schedule consultations using our scheduling systems
- Guide patients through the scheduling process with empathy and professionalism.
- Build trust with patients who are often living with chronic pain.
- Help reduce no-shows by confirming appointments and keeping patients engaged.
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
You're someone who:
- Loves talking with people and making them feel heard.
- Is naturally organized and can manage multiple priorities.
- Communicates with confidence and compassion.
- Is comfortable learning new technology.
- Enjoys working independently in a remote environment.
- Wants to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, medical reception, patient coordination, or customer service preferred.
- Experience with eClinical
Works (eCW) or Go High Level (GHL) is a plus but not required—we'll train the right person.
