- Escalate prescribing or workflow issues to senior team members as needed.
Care Coordination:
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and coaches to coordinate care and resolve member issues.
- Document all activities accurately and communicate updates clearly.
Workflow Execution:
- Process clinical tickets promptly and route faxes, labs, and records appropriately.
- Follow SOPs and support quality improvement initiatives.
