Referral Resource Coordinator - Critical Care​/OPO; Fully Remote

• Coordinate organ and tissue donation referrals for a leading OPO.
• Work in a remote capacity, covering 16-hour and 8-hour shifts.
• Support donor families and hospital partners in critical care settings.

• Manage referral activity and dispatch staff 24/7.
• Assess donor suitability using electronic medical records.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication under stress.

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience preferred.
• Critical care or OPO experience required; donation coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and EMR systems.
