Social Worker/Mental Health Professional Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Social Worker/Mental Health Professional for a full-time, salaried remote position with required travel throughout Salem and surrounding areas.

Position:
Social Worker/Mental Health Professional Full-Time | Remote + Local Travel
Salary: $70,000-$90,000
What you'll do:- Review clinical documentation and determine medical necessity
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and utilization reviews
- Support care coordination for children, youth, and adults
- Manage referrals, follow-ups, and documentation
- Apply evidence-based clinical criteria
- Support quality assurance, audits, and clinical reviews
- Provide clinical expertise to stakeholders
- Active, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LCPC or QHMP license is required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical/direct patient care experience
- Behavioral health experience preferred
- Must reside in Oregon
- Valid driver's license, personal transportation, and auto insurance required
- Medicaid, utilization review, or substance use/behavioral health experience is a plus
- INDHP
