Virtual Health NP​/PA — Remote Patient Care Leader

Advocate Health, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for Virtual Care. The role is full-time (36 hrs/week) with weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM) and a pay range of $51.05–$76.60 per hour.

You will assess and manage patients via virtual health modalities and coordinate with the care team. APRN or PA credentials are required, with appropriate state licensure and national certification as applicable.
