About the role:

You’ll carry a telehealth caseload
, designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans while coaching families and supervising behavior technicians — all virtually. You’ll be part of a team of compassionate, highly trained professionals dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, with a focus on building communication, social, and life skills through evidence-based practices.

This is a role for someone who leads with warmth, thinks critically, and believes that great ABA doesn’t require four walls.

Minnesota requires a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential to practice — but if you hold your BCBA and haven’t gotten your LBA yet, this team will support you through the process. Don’t let that extra step hold you back from applying. We’ll help you get there.
