Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) with experience and interest in providing virtual mental health care to children and adolescents.
This opportunity is designed for clinicians comfortable supporting younger clients with behavioral, emotional, developmental, family, school, and life challenges while collaborating with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate.
This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
Please note:Applicants may reside outside California. Active, unrestricted California clinical licensure is required, as this position serves clients located in California. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.

- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

- Flexible scheduling, with the option to offer early morning, evening, and/or weekend availability based on your preferences
