We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas-based partners. This role requires candidates to either hold an active Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license in Kansas or be eligible and willing to obtain LCAC licensure with support from Iris Telehealth.

• Conduct comprehensiveinitialevaluationsandestablishinitial treatment plans.

• Providebothindividualand family therapy to patients(primarily ages
  18+, but includes lifespan), withdiagnosesincludinggeneral mental health SMI

• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Setting:100% Remote |outpatientclinicbased out of Kansas

• Schedule:Monday–Friday,40hrs/wk,with 3 days being after 5pm CST required

• Appointments:60-90minutesforinitialevaluations,30-60minutesfor follow-up appointments

• Administrative time:1-2 hours per week

• Caseload:6-8 clients scheduled per day

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)

• Active Kansa LSCSW license required

• Active Kansas Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license OR eligibility and willingness to obtain LCAC licensure required

• Experience working with patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use needs preferred

• Full-time availability (40hoursper week) during CST hours

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Smart Care is a plus!)

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
