Job Description:Coordinate medical record review and data collection to support HEDIS measurement efforts. Assist in analyzing and monitoring HEDIS performance metrics. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness. Support data abstraction and reporting activities. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to HEDIS.
