Pro Medica is seeking a HIM Call Center Representative to serve as the ambassador for the HIM department and my Chart support. You will provide a positive first impression to patients, walk them through obtaining medical records, and assist with questions about the app.
You will keep records of requests and be responsible for posting payments to release of information on patient accounts. This role is remote, with state restrictions based on regulatory requirements.
