- Provide oversight and governance for sales channels to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to sales monitoring and oversight activities.
- Lead compliance efforts designed to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements.
- 2+ years of people leadership or management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA, Juris Doctor (JD), or other advanced graduate degree.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare, or highly regulated industries.

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $138,900 - $191,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
