Position: Referral Intake Specialist (Fully Remote)
  • Evaluate referrals, review medical records, and perform initial telephone evaluations.
  • Collaborate with staff and health professionals to optimize donation opportunities.
  • Provide education to hospital staff and support family donation discussions.
Schedule:
  • Day or night shifts, including 12-hour rotations.
  • About four weekends per month and holiday coverage.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years as EMT-P, LPN, RT, or OPO experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Medical terminology and record review experience.
