NTT DATA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I
- Prior Authorization to provide professional support to members, healthcare providers, and pharmacies through the prior authorization process. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, document reviews, and escalate questions to pharmacists as needed.
The role is remote with full-time, 8-hour shifts. Training runs Monday–Friday, with post-training shifts between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM CT; weekend work may be required based on business needs.
