Operations Data Analyst; Fully Remote

• Provide data management and develop procedures for effective data management across the organization.
• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insight for strategic decision-making.
• Work alongside cross-organizational teams to establish business needs and define new data collection and analysis processes.

• Associate's degree required plus two years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL required, with experience in data entry and report writing.
• Prior financial or data analysis experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
