Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-REMOTE & Hybrid Positions Available

Position: Part-Time BCBA
Location: Remote or Hybrid available
Eligibility: Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border
Pay: Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay
Bonus: $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
- Supervise RBTs (telehealth or in-person) in accordance with BACB and insurance standards
- Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Provide caregiver training and support rooted in ABA best practices
- Conduct FBAs and FAs when clinically appropriate
- Review data, monitor progress, and adjust programming thoughtfully
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfort with data analysis and ABA softwareA desire to practice ABA in a thoughtful, ethical, client-centered way
