Important Requirements- ? Minimum 1 year of recent medical insurance experience
- ? Experience with insurance verification, benefits verification, prior authorizations, medical claims, or medical billing
- ? High-speed internet with hardwired Ethernet connection
- ? Quiet, professional work environment
- ? Ability to work any assigned shift within operating hours

This position plays an important role in supporting patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies while ensuring accurate insurance processing and documentation.
Responsibilities- Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits
- Conduct benefit investigations and coverage reviews
- Contact insurance carriers regarding prescription and treatment coverage
- Research and resolve reimbursement issues
- Process and review prior authorizations
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed
- Maintain accurate account documentation Benefits
