This role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work (your home + patient homes), and the ability to shape your caseload.

We are primarily hiring for Tri‑Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) with 10–20 hours/week, but full‑time is available for candidates open to also covering Walla Walla. Very flexible and negotiable.

Compensation & Flexibility $50–$75 per hour, depending on experience

Relocation reimbursement available for non‑local candidates

Hybrid model: work from home for documentation + patient home visits

Choose part‑time or expand to full‑time with Walla Walla coverage

Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive‑communication needs

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families

Recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate

Participate in case conferences and team meetings

Maintain clinical competency and best practices

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Current WA SLP license2 years of clinical experience preferred

Current AHA BLSValid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
