Thriving Center of Psychology is seeking exceptional, full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) for a dynamic hybrid salaried position. Split your week between our vibrant Manhattan offices and remote work. You must already hold an active, clear New York LCSW license. We are unable to consider candidates still working toward licensure at this time.

• Provide psychotherapy to adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, both in person and via telehealth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, and ACT.

• Carry a sustainable caseload with continuous support through weekly case consultations.

• Uphold high standards by maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.

• Competitive Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus.

• Active, clear New York LCSW license.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).

• Minimum 1 year of independent outpatient therapy experience with adults.

• Ability to work a 40-hour workweek; goal of 27 client sessions weekly.

• Confidence in carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.

• Commitment to collaboration and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

• Experience providing psychotherapy in person and/or via telehealth.

• Must reside in NY or NJ
