Role Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This contract, hybrid role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, analyzing data, and adjusting interventions based on client progress, with a mix of in-home visits and remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, modeling strategies for caregivers, and ensuring treatment fidelity.

The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver education, maintain clear documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary providers as needed, and uphold all ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, intervention design, and data-based decision making.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Psychology and Behavior Management to support the development and implementation of effective behavior support plans.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Parent Education to coach caregivers, support generalization of skills, and collaborate effectively with families.
  • Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical standards.
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services in home or community settings, preferably with neurodivergent or autistic individuals.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for travel within the Denver Metropolitan Area, and ability to pass any required background checks.
