As a PRN Physical Therapist at Bright Star Care
, you will provide one-on-one physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes throughout the Tyler area
.

You’ll work closely with patients, families, and our clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity offering flexibility to accept visits based on your availability and patient needs. It’s an excellent fit for a therapist looking for supplemental income, additional flexibility, or the ability to build their schedule around other professional commitments.

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals.
• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with established care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and strategies for maintaining independence.
• Document visits accurately and in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and professional standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while working independently in the home environment.
• Accept visits based on your availability and patient needs.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Texas
  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patients’ homes throughout the service area.

• Previous home health or outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Experience working with geriatric or pediatric populations.
• Additional certifications or specialized physical therapy training.

This is a PRN, home-based Physical Therapist position serving patients throughout the Tyler, Texas area
.

As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to accept available patient visits based on your schedule and patient needs.
Hours and visits are not guaranteed and may vary based on patient census and availability.
