Clear Skies Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized mental health care. As a key member of our practice, you will work primarily through remote consultations while also having the opportunity to see clients in our outpatient office setting in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, to support client growth.
• Collaborating with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continually assessing and adjusting these goals based on client progress and feedback.
• Offering teletherapy services to ensure clients who are unable to attend in-person sessions receive consistent support.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to high professional standards.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and relevant continuing education opportunities.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license in New Jersey as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
