• Screen and triage phone calls and walk-ins, prioritizing patient needs and efficiently managing the admissions process

• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and documentation

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans

• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate intake processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and clinical data

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure prompt and quality care delivery

• 0+ years of experience in healthcare admissions or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
